• Seven (7) years experience working with small companies in the financial markets.  Primarily involved with IPO's and Private Placements.

• Sixteen (16) years working in finance within the corporate structure of both manufacturing and distribution companies.  Serving many years as controller or CFO.

• Areas of specialization include all manufacturing and machining operations, wholesale distribution and selected service businesses.
